Artemisia Palace Hotel - Palermo

Delicious Sicilian breakfast with locally made items.

I encountered a few issues. The room was smaller than expected for three people. The noise from the busy street outside kept me up at night, particularly from motorcycles and late-night garbage pickups. Although I appreciated the accommodating response from the staff regarding missing towels upon arrival, I had hoped for a quieter stay overall.

Stayed here for longer stay and can recommend it. The hotel was delightful and clean with lovely and informative staff from the desk staff to the maids. The room was adequate and immaculate, had central heating, a personal safe, and pay television. Really enjoyed a bath in my functional bathroom.

Sadly, but there was bad smell in some areas.

the location was ideal, extremely close to a busy and interesting street. we liked the convenience of the a double room with welcoming airconditioning.

I appreciated the attentive staff were really good, especially during breakfast, where they remembered my preference for hot water with lemon. The room was spacious, immaculate, and ideally located near major attractions and public transport.

Street noise could be bothersome.

The Internet didn't always work well.

Beautiful room, varied and delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. In general, I liked everything, I liked it.

The soundproofing has been pumped up

Our stay was primarily to explore some of Palermo's famous attractions. The location was great as we were just a short walk away from the Massimo Theater and Quattro Canti. The room was spacious and had a comfortable bed, providing a good night's sleep while enjoying the views of bustling streets. We did experience some noise from the road and had to adjust our breakfast times to avoid missing out, as the service could be a bit slow during the rush. It was a pleasant experience with nice staff and a clean environment.

What impressed me most is that all of the staff are very gentle and professional. Also, rooms and facilities are nicely done, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend Artemisia to my friends.

Positive, The staff were attentive. The room was super clean with luxurious bedding. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transport. It felt comfortable and accommodating throughout my stay 😊

Hotel is in the main city and within walking distance of the main shopping area and restaurants we love.

Great location, very tidy nicely maintained - a bit pricey at Euro 135 a night but we did book late. Staff great, very helpful - shower had a leek and when we asked to have it looked at it was repaired (absolutely properly) immediately within the hour. Couldn't fault the service.

If you don't like city noise you might not like the location of the hotlel but we quite enjoyed the buzz. however if you don't like city noise don't come to Palermo full stop!!
